Terms of Service for Lumen Gaming Community

Description of Services

We offer digital access to the Lumen Gaming Community. This includes:

• Memberships (Subscriptions): Recurring plans that grant access to premium features.
• One-Time Payments (Tips/Donations): One-time payments to support the community.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your recurring membership (subscription) at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, which is accessible from your profile page in the dashboard.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain full access to the service until that date, and you will not be charged again.

Refund & Dispute Policy

Subscriptions: Payments for subscriptions are non-refundable. As you receive immediate access to the digital service, we do not offer refunds or credits for partially used periods. If we must permanently shut down the service, we will issue a pro-rata refund for any unused time on active subscriptions.

One-Time Payments (Tips/Donations): All one-time payments are final and non-refundable as they are for a digital service or feature that is rendered immediately or are considered voluntary contributions to support the community.

Disputes (Chargebacks): Initiating a chargeback for a valid charge is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to revoke access to our services for any user who files a fraudulent chargeback.

Promotions

Any promotions or discounts offered will be subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.
